Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vaelo mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Vaelo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Vaelo. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the palettes, blends, and feedback you create ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Vaelo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive content.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or these Terms.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

6. Blend suggestions

Flavor and aroma blend suggestions, palettes, and color recommendations are provided for informational and creative purposes only, on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for how you choose to use them.

7. Intellectual property

The Vaelo app, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Vaelo and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaelo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Vaelo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
